     At Sole Mates, we value being cruelty free, using eco-friendly products, and valuing our customers. Instead of using leather or animal skin, our shoes are made of synthetic and natural materials. Our shoes use a variety of materials, including, but not limited to: PVC, polyurethane, rubber, and fabric. We use natural adhesives, such as crescentus, to hold our shoes together longer, instead of relying on glues containing isinglass. These combine to make a comfortable, cheap, eco-friendly, and cruelty free experience for all of our customers.

Customers are always the top priority at Sole Mates. Everything we do and put into our products is for the customer. Our low prices and long lasting shoes provide our customers with the best experience, which leads to them coming back for more shoes in the future. Our employees are always available, ready, and eager to help if there are any concerns or questions about any of our products or the process of making them. We also have a customer service that is always taking calls and available to answer any questions. At Sole Mates, everything we do is for the benefit of the customer, whether it be our products, their materials, or our services.
